We at Comfort Property Management are proud to announce that we have just been awarded the ACMO 2000 certification.

For those corporations unfamiliar with this designation, the concept is similar to ISO designations in the industrial context in that it ensures that Comfort Property Management meets the industry's quality standard of service.

The immediate benefit to our corporate clients is the fine-tuning and formalizing of already proven routines and procedures. The audit procedure conducted after certification ensures that these routine/procedures are followed to the letter.

However, unlike other companies who consider this designation as an end in and of itself, Comfort Property Management utilized it as a tool to advance its vision. We looked beyond the routines and procedures themselves to the spirit behind the designation – using them to ensure swift, positive action in every eventuality and applying them in a manner that fits our vision.

Now we have an even greater ability to meet our corporation’s individual needs within a framework of sound and accredited property management practices.

Our unprecedented growth and the ACMO 2000 designation enable us to ensure that all our staff members have the most up-to-date tools at their disposal and the training to effectively use them. This, in turn, translates to significant benefits to our corporation clients.
