Communication |
We recognize that an essential key to client comfort is knowing that
everyone shares the same vision for the property. This is where we excel. Comfort Property Management Inc. sets up a dedicated community website for the exclusive use of each condominium corporation. Through this vehicle residents can complete a myriad of functions from reserving facilities to initiating work order requests. Management, in turn, can initiate email broadcasts re upcoming work, such as annual fire inspections requiring insuite access or communicate privately with the Board. We also conduct seminars and workshops at our corporations' property or, if required, a larger venue to advise them of any new legislation or developments that can affect their investment or community or educate them on condominium life in general. |
